hot lovin

I have been working from home all week, and I have to admit it's a little bit lonely. I LOVE to work from home and I really love what I am working on, but when i don't get to speak out loud for 10 hours straight I get a little batty. Which is why my neighbors think I am a crazy lady - I am sure they can hear me either singing at the top of my lungs or hear me talking to my dog and they just don't get that what I am doing is actually preventing myself from going insane. MUST. MAKE. NOISE. Poor Tom - when he comes home I sometimes will tell him the most mundane things, just to be able to talk.
"I decided I like beets."
"I had a crazy dream last night and I still can't remember what it was about!"
"I'm thinking about going to the gym tomorrow."

Oh well, this is the price we pay to keep me out of a cubicle.

When I first started working from home Sherie would point out that I didn't get to talk to people during the day, based off a) how much I talked and b) the stupid things I talked about.

As for the singing loudly and talking aloud to yourself, I have to say, I do miss that a bit now that I'm no longer alone in the house during the day.

It's a wicked game!
