I should stress the wish part of that sentence because admittedly, a lot of these things are a bit pricey. Turns out baby items are freaking adorable and I have expensive taste. What I don't want is plastic primary color oversized STUFF. Babies don't require a whole lot, so the things I'm really drawn to follow our aesthetic, because babies don't know the difference anyway. Do they?
Here is a little collection:
Elephant clock from Rare Device.
Knitted Lambswool Blanket by rocket & bear on etsy.
Baby Yeti by fox in the woods on etsy.
Abacus from CB2.
In a few days I will be embarking on my second trimester! I am looking forward to looking more pregnant and less like I have been overindulging in cookies, and I can't wait to feel this baby moving around. My crazy pregnancy dreams have persisted, including a long-drawn out saga that culminated in me finding an ostrich wrapped up in a blanket in the back seat of my car. oh, ostrich.

not fond of the yeti doll, it has plastic eyes and not suitable for children under 3. It is cute in an ugly sort of way tho.
The eyes are safety eyes, but it is really more for older kids.
I'm cute in an ugly sort of way too. Thanks Amy :)
